The Galleria's annual Tree Lighting and Ice Spectacular brings Houston together for a large-scale holiday tradition centered around the property's iconic ice rink. Live entertainment, skating performances and the lighting of the holiday tree create a highly choreographed public experience for guests throughout the center. Designed for a large audience within an active retail environment, the event combines entertainment, technical production and holiday spectacle while maintaining the traditions that have made it a recurring destination for generations of Houston families.
THE EXPERIENCE
For one of Houston's longstanding holiday traditions, our approach balances large-scale event production with the sense of spectacle guests return for each year. Entertainment, technical production and guest experience are carefully orchestrated around the tree lighting and ice performance while continually finding ways to keep the tradition fresh.
